FESTIVAL SCHEDULE

 

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2011

 

“Blues In The Night” Blues Festival                             7:00 p.m. - Until

Live Blues Music Festival.  Bring your lawn chairs and umbrellas.  Food concession will be on site.

Street Dance & Talent Show                                           9:00 p.m. - 12 midnight

The Street Dance is for the Youth to kick off the celebration. This event is Free. The Street Dance is combined with a Talent Show. The Talent Show is open for entries in all categories including: signing, dancing, etc. Talent entries will perform during the street dance.

Location: Downtown/Main Street.

 

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2011

 

Vendor Booths Open                                                               12:00 noon

 

Parade                                                                                   promptly at 3:00 p.m.

All entries welcome including:  businesses, elected officials, churches, civic/social organizations drill teams, marching groups, floats cars, trucks, Round-Up Clubs. Trophies awarded.  Only pre-registered groups will be judged. Please enter early.

PARADE ENTRIES

 

We are accepting entries until August 20, 2011 for all parade categories including floats, bands, marching groups, civic clubs, church groups, drill teams, car & truck clubs, motorcycle clubs and of course Round-Up and riding clubs.  Trophies will be given to winners in many categories.

VENDORS

 

Vendor space is available.  Space is on a first come first paid basis.  All vendor permits are for two days, Saturday & Sunday, September 3 & 4, 2011.  No refunds..  All vendors must collect and remit state sales tax.  Contact Town Hall at (405) 396-2899 for information packets.   Deadline for vendors is August 20, 2011.

 

·         FOOD VENDOR - $330.00 for 2 days.    

o        All food vendors must comply with Oklahoma City/County Health Department regulations.  

 

1.   Exhibit an existing License for the Mobile Concession Stand OR

 

2.   Comply with regulations for temporary food concessions (available from Town Hall).

 

·         NON-FOOD VENDOR - $200 for 2 days.
